Development aid – I’ve never done that before – so that is something I can do…
We continue to remix –
Development aid has always been reserved for governments and large organizations – and we know that many are good and getting major turnarounds done for many people. As taxpayer in Norway we are supporting aid work worldwide. Public funds go every year to different governments around the world and many have questioned; where is the money going and what is the ROI to use a term from business.
In principle I absolutely agree that we in our Norwegian national budget allocates money for relief work and that Norway assist countries worldwide that needs help. But I wonder if the money go from the Norwegian authorities to foreign governments, and if money are dedicated to dedicated projects … .- Shall I believe Norwegian research this is not the case …
I have seen only a microscopic part of the needs that exist in one of many countries in the world, I also know that microscopic assistance makes a big difference for those affected.
A little boy gets a football in his hand and can go and play with the other guys. For us a microscopic contribution, but happiness today and days ahead for the 11 year old Hamza in Mlingotini.
4 ladies get a sewing machine and a photocopier at their disposal – they make their little FRAME – There are more than everyday luck to experience.
We know many such small activities we all can do.
Sharing is caring – An initiator has started relief work with the organization SHARING FOR LIFE. We have chosen to join. A small micro organization that can initiate several micro projects and it becomes like a drop in the ocean forming rings beyond …. IT MAKES A DIFFERENCE!
